My husband is being sued by Discover Card. I am on Social Security Disability. A judgment has been entered against us. The attorney I spoke to said wait until another court appearance summons comes. The clerk of the court said usually people settle out of court, but we cannot pay. Has anyone had any experience with Discover Card? Thank you, Rosie
