Why Chat ROCKS! The HIPPA letter has and does work miracles, regardless of any bickering on the fine points that I'm sure has caused him/ her to turn grey(er).

The catch- 22 is brilliant, and forces any bottom feeding group to wake up and actually pay attention to you know... the LAW!

The FCRA, and FDCPA ARE NOT just guidelines.
