opening new bank account after freeze

My bank accoutn has been frozen since April, and I really need to open another. Should I go to another bank to open a new one? Or shoudl I jsut continue to carry cash??
(short history.....Household bank lawyers, Upton Coehn, froze account after gettign judgement for PAID account. My lawyer has filed paperwork, but it is all jsut sitting on judges desk! Since end of APril)
