I wrote some bad checks about 9.5 years ago and now they are catching up to me I have started to pay some off but this company jbc keeps threatning me with a law suit and I dont know what to do I cant pay them yet because i am paying off other companys that contacted me first. I was told about the sol and would like to know more.
