This is CitiBank USA, They list a whole array of companies which they provide credit for such as Home Depot, Radioshack etc... I called Home Depot credit services and was able to speak to a supervisor who was able to look at a database and see all accounts which were under CBUSA and find where the problem was. I do not however suggest bombarding home depot with calls for this unless yours is a home depot account. I would suggest calling Citi Bank as the primary source if they cannot help keep trying afterall if it ends in CBUSA it IS a citi bank account.
