Just a comment. I had many charge cards and store cards. One did eventually sue me.

My strategy through the whole situation was not to respond to collection agents. I never said one word to the people who sued me (First Resolution) I responded to them with a Chapter 7.
I think your chances of NOT being sued are quite good. Just my 2 cents. Good Luck
