I had the box and was moving out of state. My dealer had retired so I chased down the replacement one. I owed about 1900 against the box at that time and was current. I asked him if he would take the box and sell it for me for the amount owed and any extra was his. After I left the state, he picked up the box from storage and my friend's garage. He then hgave me a fair market value for 1500 he and SnapOn say. I feel that the box probaly sold for more but I've requested evidentary documention per this forum and been ignored. I'll have to go the next step I guess but I'm not sure how to proceed. I did send the request and 30 day followup request CRRR but now I will have to sue but then I would like to maximize a claim againt them for the trouble. I got turned down this year on a couple of loans because of this thing. Can I file locally in my court as I'm now 800 miles away and in a small town.
