what do you mean you will lose is that a fact or is this if i grant a artbitaration. how can i avoid a arbitration? i have not picked up my certified mail yet, i think that is what is in it.I have asked for validation and they sent me statements that were not from the bank that i had a card from several statements did'nt have a letterhead at all. i sent them back and said that is not what i requested. and was sending them back dishonorable presentment. but they are trying to serve me now. can you give me some informtion on how i can get out of the linching that is about to happen. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
