Sometimes when you call CRAs and collections folks, there's a message while you're waiting that says something along the lines of, "This called may be recorded for training purposes." If Party #1 is already aware that the call may be recorded/taped, because Party #1 is taping the call, do you, as Party #2, have to provide you're own disclosure as well if you intend to tape the call?
