a few months back I received mail from a Law Office in Fair Oaks California telling me that I owed them over 600 dollars for 2 bad checks at KFC of Placerville,CA. knowing that I never wrote the checks I asked them to mail me a copy of the checks and those never came. a few days ago pulled my CR and noticed that they tagged me ... how can I have this removed when I have no cooperation from that Stassinos Law Firm ? and b.t.w. the DVL they gave me that is written on the checks does not match my DVL and neither does the bank name ... never had an account in that bank!
