Yes - there is a wealth of information on this website alone. This is my first experience dealing with a collection agency and the worst part is that had they not been so rude, demanding and threatening I would probably have tried to work out some sort of payment arrangements with them but something just seemed strange about the amount that they said I owed and the way they went about things and then I started doing a little research on them - Better Business Bureau, Bud Hibb's, etc. and after reading that I'm just not sure what to do.
