You can get a mortgage 24 hours out of bankruptcy. You can get a mortgage with 25 charge offs on your credit report. And you’re telling us that you can’t get a mortgage with 7+ year old charge offs??? Per FCRA nothing NEGATIVE can be reported after 7 years. Why don’t you go look for a different mortgage outfit that wants your business? There are hundreds of mortgage brokers in every city.
