Interesting. HOw so if you mind my asking. SInce I didn't contact him myself and say anything to him, and I didn't witness anything public where he revealed information to the board about anyone he had been contacted with, how did he break privacy.

He solicited people to contact him (yes under false pretenses) but is that illegal. Marketers do this all the time with sales pitches, scams and comeons.
