thanks for your response. "look elsewhere" seemed to be totally shocked that i couldnt get a mortgage. My first step will be to try another lender. Then if that doesnt work i guess ill have to pay them. or at least a few to satisfy the lender. Maybe i could just fill for BR "try elsewhere" says i can get one (a loan) 24 hours after filing.ha ha thanks so much for your help drew. your the best!
