i must say im a little disapointed with the advice of ....never pay those charge offs..that i recieved on this site. i think that works for a cell phone but not for a mortgage. i would have been better off paying them a year ago and just getting it all straight from the start. thanks for your help Why Chat .....i really appreciate all youve done. thanks confused
