Aside from the possible electronic transmission fraud laws, privacy laws,and business practices laws of Mo. and the Fed. he most certainly is in violation of the FDCPA, using deceptive practices and concealing his identity as a collection agency.

If even ONE person faxed him information from a creditor or collection agency that he was able to use to help the collector, then he is in DEEP DOO DOO.
