Why Chatt please advise on Hippas sent

Please help I used the letter you provided and followed instructions to the tee.I sent 3 Hippa letters to Hospitals on 5 paid accounts. And also sent
3 Hippa letters for 5 accounts with total payments. These all were sent November 17 I do have the green cards back. I received a letter from two Hospitals saying they are asking co to remove but all have not been removed from all trade lines.And some are showing paid collections
One medical provider I sent three pmts in w/hippa and they sent back saying that was not thier acct. # and the amonnt was wrong because Co added to the charges But gave me their acct numbers and the proper amount owed not the Co's so I resent with their acct # and balanances and it is still on my credit report. The other I have had no correspondance at all from them only that they cashed and is now just showing paid collection. What do I do now! Pease Help
