If you have actually signed applications, and the debt is fairly recent, and not beyond SOL, you really should not be sending anyone anything.

Keep you head down, get an unlisted phone, do not talk or correspond with them until you are safely beyond SOL.

Don't worry about your signing, worry about getting SUED.
