I recently had a suit filed against me by Discover through a lawyer. I responded to the summons, interrogatories and asked for producuton of documents. The Lawyer filed a motion for summary judgement and then I filed a motion for a summary judgement cause they did not validate. I just received a copy of the signed original contract and nothing else from the lawyer and they asked the judge to deny my motion. Should I just let the judge rule on the motion or offer a settlement? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
