WhyChat - I vaguely remember why you said you think it's dangerous to request validation within SOL, but I can't fully recall. I just remember something about that it shows the CA that you are concerned about your credit, or something like that. However, I don't remember why this would necessarily make you a good candidate for a lawsuit from a CA point of view. Does this mean that the CA will know that you know about the SOL, will therefore need a judgement to get any money out of you?
