From what I understand of your post, you had a standing ACH Debit arrangement with Beneficial and Beneficial just exercised it. From my experience most debit arrangements are GOOD UNTIL CANCELLED. Did you cancel it? If not, I don't think there's anything you can do. I don't think Beneficial's choice to *not* debit your account over the past few months invalidates your original ACH Debit agreement.
