I know about JBC & ASSOCIATES and they cannot collect on a debt and take you to court unless you are in New Jersey, California, and New York and under the Statues of Limitions wich are 6 years in NJ and NY and 3 years in CA. Thats where they are licensed to take people to court.THEY ARE ALL FULL OF SHIT! All they do is try to scare you with stuff they can do to you take you to court arrest ETC.. I used to work their and they break every law in the book and know have may lawsuits filed against them. This company hires anybody who apply to job as long as you are over 18 and they train you on what to say and how to scare so called "DEBTORS" who most of them never received a letter or bank and the so called bank on the check my advise would be to ignore them tell them to cease and desists all communication and send them the letter stating it also(certified mail so they cant say they never received it because they have to sign for it) and by law they have to stop all communication TRUST me take it from someone that knows the inside and out of the company.
