thanks for the info whychat, given my situation (no assets, no income) i will just lay low for no because most SOLs are only half way. however, once the income starts flowing and i wish to make payments to settle debt. do i try to settle with the OC or the CA. if the ORIGINAL amount with the OC was 5000, but with CA it's nearing 7000 in their bs fees, who is it best to negotiate with because i've been reading that the CA will just sell that remaining balance to another CA unless the settlement letter "I" have writen is in perfect terms legally. what's your take?
