I will just answer from my experience..

MBNA 17K charged off, no payment since sept 2002.
wolpoff did the arbitration thing & won ( of course)
now since we didnt pay them, they got smith debnam law firm to serve us with a civil summons.
we did not answer the civil summons, so they got a judgment....bottom line..

no blood in this turnip, lol.

had to fill out property owned...????
what property????
anyway STATE exemptions covered us...
so no money for them sool
