Creditors Calling Work

I am a manager of a fairly large commecial marine and auto supply store. One of my employees has a creditor (Diilards) that calls the store in regards to his delinquent account. I have interceded on one such call as asked the credit person not to call the store because it is a business and customers our standing at our counter to be waited on. He was very cocky and smart with me and told me he could call anytime since my employee gave him our business number. Do I have any recourse to stop this harrasment?
