you won't believe this, my attorney went to the hearing regarding huntington bank and trying to collect deficiency after 6yrs. we had the orc 2309 code stating they only had two years.... judge granted them another continuancy.. at the hearing.. how many times can they do this.. i am paying the attorney and its going to add up
