I've recently disputed off a reaged account from EX, and TU. I'd sure like to send a nasty to the CA not quoting statute but letting them know that they should get their money back from the OC, and oh btw any further attempt to collect a debt past the SOL will be construed as extortion and or fraud etc... i.e. they haven't hit equismax yet, should I just wait till then to dispute or send my nastygram which I ohhh so want to send! Caveat my significant other and I just applied for a mortgage, and that's when the bottomfeeder struck. We've opted out FOREVER, already. Should I leave it alone, or should I send it one? I also need to know how to get their non-pp hard inquiry off my ex report especially since they reported outside sol. Help, please :)
