This is totally rediculous. The IRS has worked hard to become "taxpayer friendly" and I think most here would agree with that. If you happen to ever get the chance to record this same crap from them, take to your local IRS office, they will probably press charges against them imieditaly. I love it, these blood sucking scum, never cease to amaze me with their Bull. I wish it would happen to me, The IRS lawyers would eat these scum scuckers for a snack in a heartbeat.
Hell maybe you should go down to the IRS office,
tell them what happened, and suggest that you return a call to the scum sucker who called you, act like your scared because of what he said about the IRS, and what can you do, or how long can he give you to work something out so he dosen't involve the IRS. I bet the IRS can work something out so it looks like you are calling from your home phone, while sitting right there in their office. The guys at your local IRS office would just love to get their hands on something like this.
