Dillards is a dept. store and as the orginal creditor, they are not bound by the FDCPA. The best idea is to send a letter saying the phone lines are dedicated to business only and any other use is prohibited. Any future calls from Dillards will be reported to the phone company as harrassment and interfering with a commerical operation.
