So just because it has been almost three months, you believe you have won. I have news for you. Sometimes it takes longer than 30 days or 60 days or 90 days to validate a debt. It does not mean that one of them won't come after you five or six months down the road with all the required paperwork in hand and sue you.

I don't consider it successful unless you make it past the SOL and they don't sue you.
