If he truly wanted to help with his "Validation Pack"--he would just publish it or offer to send it by e-mail. I don't need to send my private dunning letters so he can "mail merge." I can send my own letters out in complete privacy. I have read several of his letters and they are often legally and factually wrong and poorly written: That does not mean they won't work. For a "hospital computer technician"?- he sure likes to quote a lot of case law and sounds so authoritative. The Validation and C&D letters available from Whychat's website are better written-free--and totally anonymous! As far as I'm concerned " Professor Harold Hill" is leaving River City to seek his self promotion elsewhere.
