You can use any letters you want on any site. The problem is that a lot of those letters don't work. Yes I do site LAW in some of my documents and if you think that an average plain and simple validation letter works without spelling out what you need for validation you are completely wrong. Why do you think you get a photographic statement of one bill as validation? Because that's what your letting the Debt Collector get away with. Go with Why Chat's letters or whatever, I can care less but just don't put down my stuff unless you've tried it yourself.
