Soooo that's kinda my issue, I live in Colorado and don't wanna stir the pot more than necessary, but I'd like to send the letter if it will do more good than harm so to speak.

I don't even want to send a letter quoting statute, I'm no attorney but I do understand the law. Let the attorneys figure it out, I just don't wanna incite the legions at the, "No Hastle" card!

I'm contemplating a. no letter b. soft letter telling them to knock it off ... extortion etc... c. letter of estopel.

But what are the pro's and the cons?
