Yes I have. If they were able to get the documents
they are a third party and have no legal right as I did not sign anything with them. You need to go study law on contracts! A contract is between two parties that both sign the agreement/contract and only those two parties! If you sell/give the contract to a third party with out the appoval of the other party it becomes null and void.
