This is the "Due Process" stuff. No money changed hands, therefore no debt exists. Don't buy into this. There is also a huge, very expensive package for sale based on this theory. This is what Why Chat meant by the comment "the American Banking System is illegal" that's the Due Process theory. These folks show up on the boards from time to time to sell their product. This is not what validation is based on. Linda
