Brandon, These folks are selling a rpogram called "Due Process" which is based on the idea that the entire credit system is invalid, because there never was any money to lend. Don't listen to this, it is complicated, doesn't work, and is very expensive. They are using terminology that we use like "validate" but they mean something else entirely. They are going to rope you into using their materials, then when you are in over your head, they will make you pay for the rest of the information, IMO. Let me put it this way, this is a big organization with a very expensive program. For help dealing with CA's, OC's, lawsuits, judgments, post here. For repair of your credit report, boosting your score, creditboards and creditnet. For best results, use all the boards. There is a huge credit community on the net, and we know about this approach, have investigated it, and rejected it. do some research on creditnet.com - search for "due process" and you will see what I'm talking about. Listen to why chat. Not selling anything. Linda
