Have you made a list of these debts, the amounts, and who is trying to collect them? If so, that would help. What state are you in?

Don't do anything until you have more information to work with. Make that list. If you haven't done so already, call 1-888-5 OPT OUT. Wait for the paperwork, sign and return, and you will be ready to start fixing your credit.

Don't pay anyone. don't talk to anyone about what you owe. Wait for the RIGHT answers.
