First of all, you haven't read any of my posts because you will realize I DO NOT see DEBTORS as BAD PERSONS and I am not a collector of any sort. I have specifically tried to point out that there are ways of solving a problem and I have never, NEVER, NEVER On this site or anywhere put down a person who is in DEBT. I do however have no respect for people who go out and CHARGE UP CREDIT CARDS to the MAX and get a bunch of credit cards and MAX them out without ever having the intention of ever paying. There is a difference between a debtor who comes across hard times, is out of work, has medical bills, is on disability and who can't pay. WE MAY ALL BE in that position someday and I BELIEVE very strongly that it is wrong to HARASS and bully anyone who has been a hardworking American all their life and who suddenly comes across hard times. That could be you and me. I pay my bills now but there could easily be the day where I may be in a position that I cannot.

To minimize that possibility, I advocate very few credit cards and limited amount of debt because none of us will ever know when the bottom will fall in on us. Please don't attempt to read my mind. :)

Having said that, please reread the first post that started this post and J.Kelly's post. I read it a little differently and maybe she didn't make herself clear but that is how I understood it based on the post and the response and I am no mind reader.
