Thanks for the clarification. I for one never assumed he didn't intend to pay if you reread my responses and the posts I responded to. MOst debt is not crimninal matter but some debt is. Those debts where fraudulent means were used, aliases were used, intent to decieve and I mentioned those cases.

Debt can be a criminal matter if certain criteria was in and since you have more experience in this matter, I will defer to you. I do believe no one should burn their bridges.
