i spoke to the attorney again, the judge gave huntington 30 days to file a brief (i dont know what this is) to support their claim that they should still have a judgment even with the 2yr ohio revised code... my attorney thinks that they will dismiss their case.. if they do file the brief then we have 30 days to respond..
any ideas... i dont think they have a leg to stand on
