his emails were bouncing from creditboards.com and when I tried to visit the site, it was apparently offline for some reason. Tonight it was back up and I have posted the info below - it's in a frame, can't post the URL for this exact info, but it's under the "order" tab on his website. It's $49.95, which is fine. The "affidavit of fact" he refers to is the same concept as the Due Process concetp - there never was any money, hence there is no debt.
