so, if you're just giving it away, and you only want to help, what do you care whether anyone accepts it or not? Why are you so insistent? Like I said before, if someone is determined to "help" even after being told "no thanks" - they are up to something. And your refernces to the Due Process" theory are definitely just that, regardless of the price tag. It's the same product, whether you give it away or sell it. Linda
