I have been in bancrupcy for 1 year now to save my house. We feel behind with mortgage payments. I pay the trustee $3000 a month and my mortgae is $1500 a month. Is there any lending company out there or a way I can re-finance for 10 years to get rid of the trustee payment and save money monthly instead of coming up short every month and running deeper in trouble and close to foreclosure. My husband and I bring home $4776 monthly.
