Credit Report Mistake

I received my credit report from myFICO.com
I noticed there was a mistake for
Financial Plus Credit Union.

I contacted them in reguards to this and he said there was nothing in there records that confurm this Past Due Amount.
Could you please contact them and he will verify
thay my credit is outstanding with them.I've got a score of 697 and I feel it would be higher if this was not on my report.I do not have a late payment or any kind of credit problems.
So once again could you please contact Tim O'Donnell and he will explain that there is
no past due amount.And it sould be taken off my
credit report.
