Computerguy? Can you furnish your C&D 1341 letter? And what about suing them if they continue to harrass me after I send the letter? How many times do they get to bother me again for a debt that I have no legal obligation for? What really burns me up is that they issued a lot of credit to a woman whose sole income was Social Security and she lived in her son & daughter-in-law's house. Don't they check ever check out their applicants assets? I must add that this lady was very secretive about her finances. I didn't know how deeply in debt she was until she was hospitalized. I even paid for part of her funeral! Enough is enough!
