Bankruptcy isn't always the way to go. You might want to do some of the stuff that others are willing to help you with and see if it works before you cave into Bankruptcy. The letters I observed over on the Why Chats site and the links to Linda's letters have been around forever. These are the same exact letters that I said sometimes don't work. If they don't work then you have to use other methods to try and put a stop to the harrassment and the suits.
