I'm glad the judge listened to your attorney and looked at the ORC section you site.
The thing that upsets me though, is that if the tables were turned the judge would have already ruled in the favor of the other side, and probably not given you the 1st 30 days to work on things and now another 30 days, to continue to work on things. Oh well that is just the way it is, good that you had your Attorney with you.
