If you don't own any real estate and have no visible job or bank assets (leased my car) showing on a credit report---changing your phone to unlisted number and lying low worked for me. I had 14 credit cards and after I closed my business I disappeared from view. I got numerous letters but no one could ever reach me. I was never sued--not even threatened with suit. I never responded in anyway until the SOL expired.

I find your "Validation Pack" rather arrogant, inflammatory and legally wrong. While it may work with some CA and OC--others will just redouble their efforts to "get you."
