My superiors are very satisfied with my performance. I shall be working in this industry for as long as by the grace of God he allows it.

The goals set by the office as set high for a reason, being they actually don't expect you to reach them. If you do reach them they then have to pay you a commission( which they really don't want to have to do.) In fact once you reach goal a couple of times they re assess you and raise your goal again.
I would say in my office there are 2 collectors that have made a name for themselves for reaching goals. These are also the two biggest rule breakers employed here.

If my office were to fire everyone that didn't reach goal, there would be basically two collectors left in the office that can accommodate 500.

The reason for the high turn over is collectors get discouraged by not making goal/commission and quit. Collectors are fired because they are not making enough calls. (this is monitored by the computer system)
