What about the CA itself to vacate a default judgment. Would that work.

Hypothetically, a while ago what if a CA obtained a default judgment. Later on, you realize the default judgment due to improper service, but being out of the area, an attorney wanted 1-2K to vacate the default judgment.

Now, what if the same CA on a completely different account and OC has committed many FCRA and FDCPA Violations. If the CA ignored the certified validation letters, the CA continued to call, send letters, never validated and never indicated the account is in dispute.

If the FCRA and FDCPA violations were greater than the default judgment, could the CA vacate? Is that even possible? How would the negotiations occur?

Any ideas greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays to All!!!
